" Have No Fear God is near, If you trust and love Him
" Very Early in the Morning I received a distress telephone call from Violet, A christian friend, a poet whom I never met. She was ill, crying and very much in fear of dying. Having dealt with that problem while caregiving for my Mother until she passed away at 99 years of age. I had some experience in comforting people with fears. I would write, play and sing spiritual songs for Mom, preparing for her to cross over to the other side. There were other people, some terminally ill and others with potential terminating illnesses that I shared Lourdes water, communicated with and prayed for. I would offer up creativity prayers for their wellness. Sometimes it might be a spiritual songs that I would be writing or re-arranging as many of my songs were written, played and sung during one session. Other times I would do prayer paintings as prayer offerings and even work on the same painting over and over taking it through the time of days from sunrise to sunset but never to the dark of night. Every sunset was the end of a prayer day. Every sunride another awakening of a new day of prayer in the time sequence of the painting.. 
"Carly's Special Friend, The Lone Cypress, A Prayer Painting" I have done moonlight scenes,that were dark and light and very beautiful at the same time. Like the one I did for my sister Helen when she was in intensive care. Some how I knew she was going to heaven when I wrote the song "Welcome Jesus in." While working on a painting of the same name. She was angry as many people become when ill. Why was this happeneing to me. She spoke of some anger directed heavenward as she was a srong believer. I told her I could not begin to help her until she eliminates that anger. I sent a cd of my spiritual and asked my nephew, her son to play them while she was in a coma. He said she can't hear. I said please play them for her. He told me when he played them for her there was a dramatic change in her vital signs. She died during a thunder Storm. When her children left the Georgia hospital together, the storm stopped when they went out the door and a beautiful rainbow that highlighted the sky. At my home in California all the day lilies in my garden bloomed the next day.

I was preparing a personalized cd label with Violet's picture on it of my new spirituals songs that she did not hear yet and some of the older spirituals ones I wrote for Mom. It was my intent to do it as fast as possible and run it down to the Post Office. Well thinking of our conversation had me do another creativity prayer, which is this section Love God and know no Fear which I have been working on all day. Perhaps you could share this with friends youy may know who are ill and tell them to imagine their own picture where I put Violets. I chronilogically traveled through different periods of Christ life by selections of Painting and how He relates to us and how we can relate our faith and love for Him. Love God and Know no fear, Picture yourself or love one where Violet's picture is. Love God and cry no tears. Rejoice! Rejoice when your time draws near. Rejoice! I knew Violet she had a good relationship with God. I told Violet do not let fear bring your end before it's time 
Violet was one of God's song birds. If you sing songs of praise, Picture yourself or love one where Violet's picture is. One of her dearest loves is participating by raising her voice in praise in her Church Choir. In one of my songs I wished I were a sparrow. Well Violet is one of God's singing goldfinches.
We are all God's children. Picture yourself or love one where Violet's picture is. Their is a purity to the love of a child. we should love God with the purity and faith of a child.

Picture yourself or love one where Violet's picture is. Welcome Him in to yours and you will only know love for your fellow man as Christ knows love for you. Believe in God's love, be charitable to your fellow man. Reach out with Peace and Kindness! 
Our pain pales in comparison with Christ's pain and His Sacrifice Picture yourself or love one where Violet's picture is. No matter how great our physical or mental pain is it can not compare with the suffering Christ has endured for us. let us offer up our pain for those who are deeper in pain. Let us be aware that when we sin we brings Christ turmoil and pain. We become the man who drives the nails into Christ hands. We become the soldier who penetrates Christ's side with a spear when we fail to obey the only command that Christ gave us while on earth. Love one another as he loves you. Love your fellow man. Do unto other as you would have them do unto you. Do not be guilty of intolerance. Where ever there is kindness, There is love. Where ever there is love there is God, where ever there is God, there is peace. Go with God and live and love in peace. 
Heaven is eternty Picture yourself or love one where Violet's picture is. When you are a believer you should have no fear of death. Shoulds you lose a love one, that loss should be softened by the knowledge that your love one is in heaven. One tear to the ocean, One star to the sky, Life here on earth, To life when we die. 
Rejoice! You will be with me! Picture yourself or love one where Violet's picture is. Be believing leave the grieving. 
You are in Christ's Heart! Picture yourself or love one where Violet's picture is. Christ will not call you before your time. When You have Jesus Christ in your heart, He will be in yours and you will know no fear when He does calls. He will not call you before your time! |
